I'm a beginner just new to the forum and looking for advice on Audio Interfaces. I went to Music Live in Birmingham on Sunday and got a Novation Remote 49 keyboard and their Nio 2/4 Audio Interface. I'm now concerned about Latency as when I got it home it says its only USB 1.1 (USB 2.0 Compatible). Should I have got a Firewire Interface? I'm about to buy an iMac and set up a little studio with Logic Pro to do dance music (Just soft synths and vocals - no guitars etc), I hope I wasn't swept up in the moment and got the wrong thing! ;( Hoping you can give me a little advice, I'm hoping I could swap with soundcontrol.co.uk for a firewire If Ive got the wrong unit. hope you can help Steve
