1) open event list, 2) select all the notes you want to fix volume, or hit Apple-A (a shortcut for "select all") if you want to change all notes in that region 3) hold Alt-Shift on keyboard 4) slide up-down with mouse on any note to match them to the value you need: all the notes will change to the same value until you hold Alt-Shift Here you go...
