Subject: [LUG] Focusrite Saffire Pro driver disables track to bus output?
Message #228082
Greetings everyone, I'm using a Saffire Pro 26 w/ Logic Express 7.1 on a DP 2.3GHz G5 and OS X 10.4.8. So far everything's been great, except for when I try to set some tracks' output to a bus, e.g., to sum stereo acoustic guitar tracks or drum overheads. The Saffire seems to disable the signal going to the bus (nothing on the bus's meter level, no signal). The bus is outputting to Output 1-2 like all other tracks. I tried four busses with the same result. If I switch the audio driver back to built-in and listen with the Mac's optical digital output, the bus gets signal and works like expected. Anyone else having this issue? Many thanks, Arch
