Hello,
I am running Logic Express 7.2.3 on a Mac Pro, with a Mackie Control
Universal communicating via a M-Audio Uno midi interface. For some reason, I
am unable to use the Marker or Nudge commands from the Mackie. I have tried
everything including completely re-installing the OS and software, and am
still unable to access these modes. I am able to create markers with
"Option-Apple-click", and they then become accessible via the
Mackie's
"Large Marker" mode, but I can't use the Mackie to create or
delete.
Any suggestions? Has anyone else ever experienced this?
Thanks,
Jaimie

Marker support is very limited in Logic Express (compared to Pro) and
this is probably why there is limited functionality from the MCU. I
suspect it requires a "create/delete marker" keycommand in Logic,
which is not available in Express.

Thanks! I wondered if this might not be the case.
