My vote is to make muted sequences a blue/grey colour to match the
Arrange Window's background, and reserve that colour for muted objects
only. And make the default sequence colour something other than grey (eg
a light blue - which is more in keeping with the current Logic colour
scheme anyway). To avoid loops looking too similar to muted sequences,
they could be a lighter version of the parent sequence colour.
I think the important goal here is for muted sequences to look 'mute',
inactive - not to scream for attention (as a bright green border does).
