Subject: [LUG] K2500 sliders..
Message #80594
This is a reply to #59283.
question: I have a k2500 and would like to use the sliders to record plug-in and VSTi automation. have been able to record volume and pan data.. the rest alludes me. I want to be able to directly hear the effect changing as I move the slider, and even see the appropriate knob moving as though I were moving it with the mouse while doing so. am tired of automating with the mouse and all this talk of logic control makes me want to at least be able to do some of that stuff now.. do I need to create a fader in the environment and then transform it's output, and then plug it into the audio object in question? I have been able to record all sorts of auto data, but last time I tried I couldn't hear the effects until playback... any help or better still, step by step example walkthrough would be appreciated dearly. thanks, ------- antonio gambale [composer] tonemeister +61 2 93808606 +61 416052800
