The closest you can get to anything that approaches Logic's
"Folder" tracks
in DP by using "Chunks" (stupid, name, no?). Basically, each
"chunk" can be
anything from a snippet of a few tracks, to an entire full blown MIDI/Audio
production. You could link lots of chunks together, and they would each
appear as separate arranges, with links to other chunks in the chunks
window. It's more complicated and resource intensive than Logic, and not
nearly as intuitive (or the way chunks were meant to be used, but it can be
done).
As far as folder tracks go, I'd have to say that Cubase has the best folder
tracks in my opinion, because you get a little folder with a triangle, and
you can open them in the SAME arrange window like a directory in Windows (or
Mac) OS, and you can see the contents of your folder along with everything
else. Although I guess you could set up a screen set in Logic with Two
Arrange windows, one for non-folder tracks, and the other expressly for
folder tracks.
