This is a reply to #72989.

I love it and I know that I > won't be able to live without it at any time in my music life. I've been lobbying for this one to Angus (and others) for over a year. :)) This is indeed the most useful feature on any softsampler! I don't understand why others don't have it. You can finally prelisten all your samples "on the fly" in the musical context by using the arrow keys! Lovely! > - Efficiency. The DR-008 is very smart on your CPU. YES! That's what I like about it as well! Even the biggest samplers in it hardly use any CPU! Makes me very happy! > Once LA5 will support multiple outs of VSTis the DR-008 > will of course support those as well. DR008 already supports them, now we just have to wait for 5.0. > Now I should better stop, I don't want to be hired as Angus' salesman. I think everyone who's used it is raving about it. That's a normal thing, it's simply the best software drumsampler/synth. I also love the way the automation scheme is made! It even has a specific section for Logic users and it works perfectly fine! Anything can be mapped and automated! Highly recommended to anyone who's serious about percussion sampling/synths! PS: guess what: it even has a small intergated sequencer that is more efficient than hyperedit or matrix edit for making drum patterns imo. Bye, Joeri -- Joeri Vankeirsbilck joeri@...
