rob,
i've had no problem with the sound blaster and the 1010. actually,
it's pretty cool because you can use the sound fonts on the sound
blaster with logic, if you're into that sort of thing. i'd assume 256
of ram would be fine. i just wanted all the juice i could get out of
it. if you have any more questions, i'll be happy to answer them.

ps. if you come across any optimization settings for your computer to
help you get the most out of logic, could you pass them along?
