Logic seems to hold some audio in its buffer if you 'stop' playback on an
audio region. Then it "triggers" this bit of noise in the
beginning of the
next region. To eliminate the biggest problem, never stop when you hear
audio. Stop on silence. Or load Logic and then your first play should be
perfectly "clean".
It is a bug and it has been reported.
