I am using ME and I do not get crashes or blue screens. Occasionally, I
will get a freeze but that only happens when I am pushing my cpu to the max.
When I upgraded to 4.5 I was only getting 24 tracks solid (PII 400, 128mb,
Win 98). Now that I am running LAW 4.5 on Win ME, I am getting a lot more.
Currently, I am running a song that is up to 32 tracks of audio, 2 plug in's
(silververb, tc native Parametric EQ). The cpu meter isn't registering at
all. The disk drive is registering below the half way mark. I am also
using a digital card (Adat pcr) and it is a cpu drainer but not in Win Me.
When you switch make sure you do a clean installation not a normal upgrade.

Hi Mark

err... hate to tell you this, look on the home page of the Emagic site!
( here's a hint - Windows ME + Logic = No Crashes + Good Performance )
>And how about multi-processor support for Windows?
We wait...
cheers
