This is a reply to #37640.
I had problems getting the AW8 to work properly in a otherwise fine Gigabyte 7ZX KT133 mainboard. The AW8 had cracks and pops even though I had the newest BIOS, VIA 4in1-drivers etc. I bought an AMD 751-based Gigabyte board then and had no problems since. It runs fine and fast with a TBird 900 MHz. Cheers, Henrik
