Hi Tom,
A possible solution is to make a switch, to selectively route the messages
to the sequencer or not.
Not an ideal solution, agreed, but as far as I know the only one currently.
I just updated my extensive ProMix 01 environment to include such a button.
Check for screenset 5 in the environment.

Note that it is LA version 4 compatible. I made it at a Mac, but it should
be possible to import it in the PC version too.
