FWIW, I made a similar observation on this list a few weeks ago - that MOTU's PC drivers and support were notoriously poor. Several people stuck up for MOTU saying they've turned that around a fair bit. So, while I've not got any direct experience, there's at least a little anecodotal evidence. Ceej aka Chris Hillery
