Hi John
I guess it all depends on your knowledge of Macs and sequencing.
If you're already Mac literate then this should all be fairly easy to
set up.
If you're not, then you'll probably need a tech savvy musical friend to
help you get started.
As Robin mentioned, you'll need to find someone who will set up the
system in
a way that works for you.
There will be probably be a big learning curve while you're getting to
grips with Logic.
However it is worth it and you've certainly come to the right place for
help.
There's a lot of very friendly helpful people in this group so you'll
get plenty of help.
