In what context is the Windows key a modifier key?
It's like saying that the Mac's EJECT key is a modifier key.
No, it's just a dedicated key that does a particular thing.
A modifier key is one that only works in conjunction with
another key, to give more combinations.
Can the Windows key be used as a modifier? Many folks
who use Windows XP tell me it can't.
