Each of the three midi controllers appears as a separate point on the
physical input. Cable each one of these to a instrument track and
you're done. The performance presets work on a strip by strip level.
ALL the strips share the same available 127 preset positions but
there's no reason that one player was playing preset 73 on his strip
while the other two were playing different presets on theirs.
You will need a decently powerful computer to cope with 3 players
going nuts on 3 different instruments at the same time and I would
check what happens when one or two were playing and the third changes
it's preset. There may be a short dropout???
