What version of Logic do you have? I have Pro 7.1.1 and I still experience
buggy behaviour
with this feature (IE - as with you, nothing happens sometimes. Although I
don't think I
was even getting events found within the range I thought I'd selected?)
I haven't had much consistency with when this will or won't happen, but I
have found a
weird way to force it to work.
Take the trouble region containing the events you wanna reverse, temporarily
drag it back
so it sits right at or near the very first bar marker of the song. Doesn't
matter which track
it's now on, this is just temporary. It's the early horizontal/time position
in the song that
matters. Now go into its region arrange window and try the reverse transform
now. This
always works for me if the transform isn't working elsewhere. Then I drag
the region back
to where it's supposed to be.
Worth a shot :)
