This is a reply to #230372.
Hi Olav, Before I posted anything on the forum, I tried writing automation to an empty timeline (no audio or midi regions) because I was thinking the same thing ... to much audio. But that didn't help. Then I think I read your post on the forum (after doing a search), about your RME hammerfall product. So I was beginning to suspect that maybe the midi would be compromised by the audio that most likely has priority over midi. That's why I bought the Edirol UM-2EX to have a seperate interface take care off the midi. That didn't solve my problem. So right now I think it could be anything. Yesterday I thaught maybe the busspeed, which is 133MHz but I also had the same problem on my laptop, which has a 1.67 GHz busspeed. Maybe there's something wrong with my settings in logic itself, which I don't know or think of. Marius
