Subject: [LUG] Tracking INTO Logic?
Message #229064
many audio articles i read when talking about tracking to their DAW, is that many go thru a compressor/limiter in order to give the tracks a bit of warmth (as opposed to actually using them to compress or limit--at this stage)... names like drawmer, distressor are thrown out... i'm looking at NRLA (Really Nice Limiting Amp-- by FMR, knowing that many rave about the QPR of their compressor and mic pre... anyone give recommendations for a small, 1/2-U, or table top piece that would do this? maybe even a highend guitar pedal? tv
