Thanks Sascha,
I have tried this and it doesn't work. I get the message "No Audio
Configuration found for CoreAudio." I have even tried building some
CoreAudio tracks (so there would be tracks to copy to), but I got the
same message. I'm getting the feeling that this isn't possible.
