You could try to move your song end a bit to the right or the cycle longer if you use that for bouncing. But more likely - is there probably some automation before that position which has a chance to suppress the sound? Volume, muting, disabling, parameter change? Not necessarily on that chanel but maybe a send to it or something like that.
