Subject: Processing Power
Message #225455
Hey guys, Quick question about processing power in Logic Pro 7 : I use alot of software instruments / plugins and I'm trying to decide whether to buy a DUAL 1.6 ghz G4 (2gb max Ram), or a SINGLE 1.6 ghz G5 (4+gb RAM). They're about the same cost,& I understand logic is built for dual processors, but I wonder if the extra ram (and the fact that it's a G5) would be better? Any experience / suggestions would be helpful. Thanks! -Scott Logic Pro 7/ mac G4 733mhz/ osX 10.3.8
