I think both you and the band will have problems with this method.
Depending on the room and speaker placement, the bleed may or may not
be a major mixing issue. But it could be very difficult for the horn
players to work to pre-recorded rhythm tracks. 13 horns make a lot of
noise, so the speaker level would need to be cranking for them to
hear it. I'd suggest that, if the room can handle it, you record the
whole band together and not worry about the bleed. Or, since this is
all about the studio "experience", track the sections one at a
time
and give them phones.
