Subject: [LUG] Re: Logic Pro 7 on a G5 Dual 1.8 disabling a CPU
Message #224300
This is a reply to #224292.
I didn't run into the disabling of a CPU by Logic, at least I didn't notice yet. I will keep my eyes open. But I am having a lot of problems with Logic (7.1.1), mostly random crashes, not seeing any "logic" in that. (I used to work as a software tester...) So much that I would consider alternatives, if there were any... I am just contemplating the fact, that Logic cost me over 1 000 bucks, so I am not willing to just throw it away. If the problems were connected to the Dual G5 1.8, wouldn't make me happier. But most other Applications just run fine. I will give it another try with a new installation of Tiger, I guess. ----------------------------------------------------------------- Group Buy until Feb 22nd for Virtual Instruments Magazine!
