This is a reply to #222884.

Is there any way to avoid this problem? This issue was doing my head in recently. Then I decided to try answering 'yes' to the semi-incomprehensible-to-me 'Move global symbols and time signatures?' question that appears when you do a snip... ('cos I've never changed signatures in a song to date, nor do I use the score editor). Up 'til then I'd always answered 'no'. When I said Yes, the automation moved correspondingly with the time cut. So, I hope this is the fix you've been looking for.
