Subject: [LUG] Splitting Interleaved Audio
Message #222887
Happy New Year LUGers. I have never tried this - and have made some - but not much progress. I dragged an interleaved AIFF audio file into a new Logic Project. I want to get it totally separated into two tracks - left and right. I have tried converting region - with separate as the option. It creates two AIFF files - left and right - but if I drag the Left only file into a new project - it still loads the Right as well - and creates another interleaved file. I also tried Bounce with the Separate option with the same results. Not sure if this is clear - but I need two - disassociated files. One for Left and one for Right. Thanks in advance.
