Is there a way to upgrade to Emagic Logic Audio Platinum 5.* from 4.5? I'm
willing to pay for it.
I think it's wrong in apple to not allow an update on 4.* versions.
Obviously, it could cost more than the other versions, but at least allow a
registered user some break on the cost.
Can someone offer any input on this? I honestly can't afford the $1000 and
am seriously thinking of switching software for my music. Any
recommendations on what's compatible?
Do you like 7.2? Any reasons to stick with this software? I converted files
from Opcode Studiovision and have a nice library of SoundDiver sounds
(converted from Opcode galaxy.) Can 7.2 import the 4.5 files? And what about
the sounddiver files. How do I handle my libraries?
I bought an older Mac mini and just found out that, obviously, the ram and
"superdrive" are not compatible with the new machine. This is
getting old.
And yes, I love apple. I still have a mac II ci. I'm trying to make this
work.
Regards, Sam
