This works in Express for me. The tempo track is fussy sometimes, you have
to position your mouse in exactly the right spot sometimes, but you should
be able to create a new node by clicking on the track with the pencil tool,
and then you can move the node with the pointer (position it so that it
becomes a pointing finger)
You need at least three nodes to do this, but you can make curves or ramps
with this technique. HTH Happy New Year.
