With my IMac G5 1,8 GHz, I use MetricHalo ULN2+DSP on the first FW port and on the second there is three (3) FW HDs connected, and everything working flawlessly (knock, knock, knock - it's me to knocking on the wood). For my live/DJ set up - I use PowerBook G4 667 DVI and MH ULN2 daisy chained with 2 FW HDs on the same bus-on the PCMCIA FW card.
