Still, it's > very strange that I can't switch to hardware monitoring. Hi Oliver. Well, the A62M has Zero Latency Hardware Monitoring and I think with independent volume control. I never used it. Has it any kind of virtual mixer to control the audio signal flow? It's easier when you have a virtual mixer with all the routing of your interface. And are you sure your recording level is not too low? Regarding the "only left speaker problem", maybe you are trying to record in a stereo track in Logic but using only one source such as a single mic or any mono signal. Isn't that it? Anyway, you should upgrade to Logic Express 7. It's better, comes with more functions and fixes some bugs and bad programing. Maybe somebody with a A62M can help you more. Keep trying.
