Hi all, I have a couple of AU's of which I'm pretty sure they cause instability in Logic (on my system). I decided to no longer use them, I.E. deleted them from my HD, and this made my system totally crash-free for weeks and weeks, a pretty rare feat in my case... :-) Anyway, I sometimes need to open up older songs and get the expected messages of missing AU's. So I go through the process of reinstalling them, going online for new auth.codes, yadayadayada. Very annoying. Now for ze question; would it suffice to simply deselect them in the AU manager instead of going thru the above? Would make sense, but I'm not sure... Thanx! O.
