Actually, it doesn't stand to reason. AFAIK, updating directly from logic 5 to logic pro 7 will NOT allow you to use those instruments in Logic 5 Which became part of logic pro. As Danilo mentioned in his mail, he had already added Logic 6 which did give you this windows authorisation. Be careful, you may be dissapointed. regards Mark Cahill
