It's just that after hearing of peoples tribulations with buggy beta UB versions, or non-existant ones, any of which would have affected my business.... Since Apple finally responded to user-yelling about Logic Quad support... (although I'm not sure it's fully there yet)..... Also, it seems the Mac Pro doesn't really give you that much performance increase over the PPC. Some things yes, some no..... I loaded everything up and it worked. Total studio downtime: 1.5 days..... I had only one snafu, but kudos to Magma for fixing it fast. I had ordered the new hi- performance 64 bit PCIe to PCI chassis. This does NOT WORK with the UAD-1 cards. Magma researched it with UA, resolved the issue and swapped out my chassis with a 32 bit version in jig time. Voila. Anyway, thanks again to everyone that helped me through this. No therapy required! Randall
