I'm finding that more and more manufacturers are requiring a separate firewire port for their devices. I have a G5 dual 2.5Ghz PPC machine with stock ports and an Adaptec firewire card. Even with all of that, I now need at least one other firewire 400 port. Does anyone know of a product that would give me additional external ports each with different internal addresses? I have no more available slots so I can't add another adaptec card. Thanks Brian
