Look for and delete any regions from the arrange window that don't contain any audio and appear blank or empty (not MIDI regions, thoguh!). 2. Open the Audio Window and under the Edit menu, choose "Select unused". 3. Delete the unused regions from the project by pressing the "Delete" or "Backspace" keey on the keyboard.
