Unfortunately that would be because there isn't one. The work around is to set up the effect the way you want it the use Main menu -> file -> export region as file and then drag the file back into the audio window and put it at the spot you want it. I can't begin to imagine why this function has not been added to logic audio in the 13 years that I have been using it. I guess we can only hope Logic 8 finally adds it.
