Subject: [LUG] Clocking keyboards
Message #218143
Sorry about hte slightly [OT] here but my digital S/P DIF cables arrived today and I hooked them up to my FANTOM and then to my S/P DIFs on the 2408 and I get this wierd 'scaping' noise'. Now I cant find ANYTHING in Logic or the FANTOm manual that tells you how to 'clock' a digital signal. Does anyone know more about this process? Is it something that gets done in LOGIC, In the sound card itself or In the FANTOM? Wow - I was really hoping to get to use those S/P DIF's!! -Jason Hefler
