Ah ok :-)
Yes, it's better to make a "clean" install from the beginning of
the
OSX installation and uncheck all languages and printer drivers
(except the ones you need of course :-) )
But if someone use one of those utilities to get rid of Application's
languages, then do it carefully... Some don't mind and some really
don't like it :-)
