You can leave Acrobats stuff alone. Theyre referring to the system
language files that OS X installs by default and takes up a GB or so
of data.. Not installing these wont have any affect on your apps
unless you try to run it in a language that the system cant handle hehe.
Another thing you can also remove during the OS X install are the
insane amount of printer drivers as well. Takes up more space then
the languages I believe.
