Hi, I am wondering the same thing. I bought BFD with the expansions, and Akoustik Piano. I can run neither of these plugs smoothly on my G5 dual 2 GHz with 3 Gb RAM. I have the samples on separate drives but that doesn't seem to help. I am starting to think G5 is highly overrated. If I have Akoustik Piano as a plug, it will run with cracks and pops, and eventually Logic will stop and say it cannot read/write from/to drive. Sigh... Cheers, Daniel
