If I understood what you want, it is some kind of Portamento. And it is in fact a Pitch Band. You can do this simply by going to The Matrix window, and then to the View menu > Hyper Draw > Pitch band. There, you'll have a lot of control of Pitch Band and can do whatever you want with a MIDI note. Regards, Gordon
