Heehee I never trust default installation options, so while installing OSX I always check what is going to be installed and naturally disable all languages but English and Dutch. But it does indeed install it all by default so I guess a lot of people don't even know they could switch their system to Korean or Simplified Chinese if they'd want to (or save a lot of drive space if they don't) ;o)
