I have also heard others say the same thing. I just know that when my free disc space got low (I don¹t remember exactly how low, but way more than 400 MB) everything slowed way down ­ even processes that I didn¹t think were using the disc. I wasn¹t running Tiger, so maybe Apple has fixed the problem ­ however I am not about to find out ;) It was agonizing. Blair -- blairfisher@shaw.ca
