Which computer are you using? 02. Which audio interface? 03. Which microfone? 04. is it a condenser mic? 05. Is your audio interface selected in the Audio Hardwares and Drivers preferences in Logic? 06. Is your audio interface working with your computer and in some other program? 07. Did you read the Logic Expess Manual or did you go to the Help menu? 08. have you ever recorded something with a computer before? 09. Basic stuff: Did you choose the right input in the track? 10. Basic Stuff 2: Did you armed the track for recording? 11. basic Stuff 3: Is you mic plugged and if it's a condenser, don't you forget to turn on the Phantom Power? And the list could go and go...
