To the original poster: I just thought of something else that I do that helps. I export the movie (using Sorenson) but I specify a key frame *EVERY* frame. This way I know that I'm getting 25 fps - I have checked this using movies with burnt-in timecode and have proved that I "lose" frames unless the key frames are every frame. Regards - Colin
