Click-hold on the grey area at the bottom of the movie to show the menu. If you do not see the parameter area, click-hold on the movie itself to bring up the menu. Is <Contiguous Sync> checked? Un-check it - your movie should be smoother. I also uncheck <Follow tempo> - this may or may not help in your case. Regards - Colin
