I need help... Can't find dedicated information on how people use Logic
in a live situation.
I sold all my rack hardware to do the controller/computer thing. Here
is my setup:
1) M-Audio Keystation Pro 88 controller
2) Mac G5 Quadcore two 500GB internal 7200rpm drives and 8GB ram
3) Groove Tubes stereo amp
4) M-audio solo Firewire audio interface
5) Logic Pro 7.2 DAW
6) all the best plug ins you can buy.... Ivory, Vienna Symphony, Native
Instruments, East/West, Ilio products... (thousands of dollars
invested)
I do all live playing (hardly any recording) and want to layer my
sounds.... Synthogy Ivory on Track one, Spectrasonics Atmosphere on
track 2, Native-Instruments Electrik Piano on track 3, MOTU Symphonic
Instruments track 4, etc.....
I am a novice, I will admit.....when it comes to putting this all
together theough I am an advanced player.... How do I trigger them all
at the same time? I have been only able to trigger one track at a time
after highlighting the track.... How do I trigger them all at the same
time so I get the software layered thing going like I used to do with
hardware??? How do I trigger all tracks at the same time???
I am sure its a simple setup, but I can't find anyone to help me with
it.... Can someone tell me what the procedure is? Thanks...
