Hi all. I've tried to get an answer in the Unicornation post I did, but no luck. Or nobody has an opinion there. And I decided to ask in the good and old LUG. I'm using one of mine LaCie d2 FW HD plugged into the second FW port of the 828 (I don't have another FW free port on the Mac). The problem is that I leave my Mac turned on for 5 or 6 days and sometimes longer. And also my external HDs. Now, as my LaCie is in the 828 FW port, I have to leave the Motu interface also turned on, in order to not to have to unmount the drive every time I want to turn off the 828. What I wanna know is: Is there a problem leaving the 828 turned on for 5, 6 or 7 days in a roll? It's not getting hot or anything, just the regular and normal warm temperature. Thanks in advance.
