I didn't realize you had 36 separate regions (and EQs) to manage.
How about this then:
Set up the EQs as you need them for each region, and save them as
unique channel strip settings. Number them to match the order of the
regions. Then simply use the "next channel strip setting" command
to
call up the new channel strip (EQ setting) when you need it.
Since it is available as a key command, you should be able to assign a
midi event to control it, and then just simply program up the necessary
midi events to automate the process. There will likely be a slight lag
time as it is changing presets. But if you have a second or two between
regions, this should not be a problem.
